Just steps from rooms in The Mount Washington Hotel, you'll find superb award-winning formal dining. Breakfast and dinner are a world-class experience, with personalized service, elegant surroundings, musical accompaniment, stunning views and a menu of culinary delights changing nightly.

The Dining Room menu is based on an innovative approach to classic New England Style, including seasonal and regional specialties like shallot and rosemary seared duck breast with maple shitake bread pudding, broccolinni, roasted carrots and vanilla bourbon gastrique. A children's menu is also available.

For the comfort of our active winter guests, we are relaxing our dress code in The Dining Room for the winter season. Jackets are requested but not required December 1, 2008 though May 4, 2009. Reservations are required and should be made prior to the guests arrival.

The Princess Room
The Princess Room will serve as the Resorts finest dining experience. New this winter, enjoy fireside, intimate, and gracious dining, featuring our exclusive menu composed by our executive culinary team, with table side and club service performed by the Resort's finest staff. From the Amuse Bouche to French pressed coffee and custom made loose leaf teas, this dining experience will create a culinary memory to take home with you during our winter season. A $20 additional charge will apply to all meal plan packages.

Gentlemen are required to wear jackets in the evening; women and children should dress appropriately. Jeans and tennis shoes are not allowed during dinner hours. Reservations are required and should be made prior to the guests arrival.
