Yoga Classes: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 7:30-8:30a
Resort guests are invited to explore the benefits of this ancient practice. Classes will be taught using Yoga Fit format Yoga fit is designed to improve health, performance and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their levels of fitness. Based on ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in fitness format. Yoga Fit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, userfriendly style which is accessible, understandable and doable by individuals at any levels of fitness. The Yoga Fit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.
Why should you include yoga in your fitness regime? Maybe because one day you would like to be able to touch your toes or learn how to stand on your head; or because the majority of doctors visits are stress related and 45 seconds of deep diaphragmatic breathing relieves all physiological symptom of stress and we sure breathe a lot in yoga; or because there is no better place to welcome the day than watching the majestic mountains that surround us; or because you would like to get stronger, more flexible, improve your posture, learn how to relax - you might not know yet what your reason for taking yoga is so the only way to find out is to join in and embark on your own yoga journey.

Personal Trainer Program
We offer several options for those looking for more individualized workouts. Clinics are hands-on learning experiences and are personalized as much as possible according to each individual's needs. If you're looking for even more personalization, you'll want to consider one of our personal training options. All clinics and training sessions can be booked with your reservation . Actual training session times must be made at least one week in advance with our resort fitness coordinator, Carrie Myers Smith. by appointment: One-on-One Personal Training
Perhaps it's been a while since you worked out, and you need to jumpstart your program. Or maybe you regularly hit the gym, but aren't getting the results you want. Take advantage of working out with our fitness coordinator, Carrie Myers Smith. No matter what your fitness level or knowledge, and whether or not you've worked with a trainer before, Carrie can help you take your program to the next level.

by appointment: Small Group Training
Would you like to work with a trainer but don't need the one-on-one attention (and cost)? Small group training is just what the trainer ordered. Gather up 2-5 of your friends and workout together with Carrie Myers Smith, our resort fitness coordinator. Not only will you still get individualized attention, you'll also have the fun and camaraderie of working out in a group setting.
